Brown sugar syrup (as needed)
Your favorite toppings (fruits, beans like azuki or boiled peanuts, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Scoop the tofu into a bowl. Add your favorite toppings. Drizzle with brown sugar syrup.

  3. ① Prepare sugar and water in a 1:3 weight ratio.
    ② Heat the sugar in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it melts and lightly caramelizes.
    ③ Once the sugar has a fragrant aroma, add the water and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
    ④ Remove from heat and let it cool.

Tips

  • Maple syrup can be used as a substitute for brown sugar syrup. Feel free to get creative with your toppings! Enjoy!
