Tofu salad

Ingredients

(2 servings)

300g tofu
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of black pepper
Optional:
 Lettuce, Kale, Red onion, Radish, Cherry tomatoes, Mixed nuts

Instructions

  1. Wash all the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Remove the tofu from the package, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into cubes.

  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat.

  4. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook for about 3 minutes, or until lightly browned on all sides.

  5. Arrange the cut vegetables on a plate and top with the cooked tofu. Sprinkle with nuts and add your favorite dressing, if desired.
