Tofu salad

Ingredients
(2 servings)
- 300g tofu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- Optional:
- Lettuce, Kale, Red onion, Radish, Cherry tomatoes, Mixed nuts

Wash all the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Remove the tofu from the package, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into cubes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat.

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook for about 3 minutes, or until lightly browned on all sides.

Arrange the cut vegetables on a plate and top with the cooked tofu. Sprinkle with nuts and add your favorite dressing, if desired.
