Tofu steak

Ingredients

(2 servings)

300g tofu
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 zucchini
4 asparagus spears
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the tofu from its packaging and slice it in half horizontally.

  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

  3. Remove the garlic from the pan. Place the tofu in the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.

  4. Remove the tofu from the pan and place it on a plate.

  5. Sauté the vegetables in the same pan until tender. Arrange them on the plate alongside the tofu.
