Berry Banana Tofu Pudding

Ingredients

- Tofu: 300 g
- Sliced banana: 1
- Unsweetened soy milk: 120 ml
- Frozen strawberries: 400 g
- Maple syrup: 80 ml
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

- Fresh mint leaves
- Sliced strawberries
Instructions

Add the tofu, banana, soy milk, strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
