Ingredients

Tofu: 300 g
Sliced banana: 1
Unsweetened soy milk: 120 ml
Frozen strawberries: 400 g
Maple syrup: 80 ml
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
<Toppings>
Fresh mint leaves
Sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Add the tofu, banana, soy milk, strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

  2. Divide mixture among dessert cups.

  3. Decorate with mint, banana, strawberries.
