Thai Basil Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients
(Serves 2)
- Tofu: 600 g
- Onion: 1 (about 200 g)
- Green Bell Peppers: 2
- *(If large, 1/4 each is fine.)
- Fresh Basil: To taste (as desired)
- Lime: 2–4 wedges
- Oyster Sauce: 2 tsp
- Fish Sauce: 1 tsp
- Eggs (Fried Eggs): 2 (optional)
- Vegetable Oil: As needed
Instructions

Dice the onion, peppers, and paprika; drain the tofu.

Cook a fried egg and set aside.

Stir-fry the crumbled tofu, then add the vegetables and cook.

Season with oyster sauce and fish sauce.

Serve and top with the fried egg, basil, and lime.
