Thai Basil Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients

(Serves 2)

Tofu: 600 g
Onion: 1 (about 200 g)
Green Bell Peppers: 2
*(If large, 1/4 each is fine.)
Fresh Basil: To taste (as desired)
Lime: 2–4 wedges
Oyster Sauce: 2 tsp
Fish Sauce: 1 tsp
Eggs (Fried Eggs): 2 (optional)
Vegetable Oil: As needed

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, peppers, and paprika; drain the tofu.

  2. Cook a fried egg and set aside.

  3. Stir-fry the crumbled tofu, then add the vegetables and cook.

  4. Season with oyster sauce and fish sauce.

  5. Serve and top with the fried egg, basil, and lime.
