Caprese

Ingredients
(Serves 2)
- Tofu: 300 g
- Tomatoes: 2
- Basil: as needed
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and black pepper: to taste
Instructions

Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and wrap in paper towels to gently drain excess water.

Slice the tomatoes vertically into 1 cm thick slices.

Arrange the tofu and tomato on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.

Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle on top before serving.
