Ingredients

(Serves 2)

Tofu: 300 g
Tomatoes: 2
Basil: as needed
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt and black pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and wrap in paper towels to gently drain excess water.

  2. Slice the tomatoes vertically into 1 cm thick slices.

  3. Arrange the tofu and tomato on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.

  4. Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle on top before serving.
