Miso Soup with Tofu

Ingredients

- 1/2 pack (150g) tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
- 2 teaspoons dried cut wakame seaweed
- 3 cups water
- 1 and 1/3 teaspoons dashi stock granules
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
Instructions

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes.

Bring the water to a boil in a pot and add the dashi stock granules.

Add the tofu and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the dried wakame seaweed and simmer for a few seconds.

Finally, dissolve the miso paste into the soup. Be careful not to let the soup boil vigorously after adding the miso.
Tips
- For a richer flavor, you can use kombu dashi or shiitake dashi instead of bonito dashi. You can add other ingredients such as green onions, mushrooms or vegetables to your liking. The amount of miso paste can be adjusted to your preference. Enjoy!
